Awareness campaigns
Organised by “BRAINSTORM ORGANIZATION” in cooperation with the Student Council of the University of Medicine, Tirana and the ALBANIAN RED CROSS.
This initiative ran for 3 editions in a row. For days at a time, rooms at the University of Medicine, Tirana were made available and equipped with supplies provided by the Red Cross, to create a safe place to donate blood.
Around 1,000 students took part in this campaign by donating blood. A positive initiative that encourages a humanitarian spirit to help those in need. The blood supplies go to patients who need them and to emergency trauma cases.
Every student felt a moral and professional duty to donate blood, knowing that it saves lives!
